COHEN-STERN
Jessica Allegra Cohen, daughter of Treasure and Richard Cohen of Maplewood, was married Nov. 11, 2012, to Alexander Daniel Stern, son of Jane and David Stern of Albany, Calif.
Rabbi Rebekah Stern, the groom’s sister, and Cantor Perry S. Fine performed the ceremony at the Outdoor Art Club, Mill Valley, Calif.
The new Mrs. Stern, a graduate of Columbia High School in Maplewood, earned both her BA and MA in child development from Tufts University, Medford, Mass. She is a third-grade teacher at Brandeis Hillel Day School in San Francisco.
Mr. Stern earned his BA from University of California, Santa Cruz, and his master’s degree in counseling and sports psychology from Boston University. He is program director with Ten Thousand Degrees in San Rafael, Calif., which assists and supports first generation college students.
The couple resides in San Francisco.
