Celese Neibart Segall
Celese Neibart Segall, 60, of Matawan died Aug. 27, 2011. Born in Irvington, she lived in Springfield before moving to Matawan 15 years ago.
Mrs. Segall worked as a teacher in Elizabeth until retiring 20 years ago.
She graduated from Rutgers University, Newark.
She was a member of Temple Beth Ahm Yisrael, Springfield.
She is survived by her daughter, Mandi Rood of New Brunswick; her mother, Aimee Neibart of Springfield; and her brother, Michael Neibart of Springfield.
Services were held Aug. 30 with arrangements by Menorah Chapels at Millburn, Union.
