Cantor Joel Caplan of Congregation Agudath Israel in Caldwell will perform “If I Were a Rich Man” from Fiddler on the Roof at “To Life, To Laugh, L’Chaim! — A Centennial Celebration in Song of Sholem Aleichem” on Sunday, June 5, at 4:30 p.m. at Symphony Space in Manhattan.

The concert will feature the Jewish People’s Philharmonic Chorus singing in Yiddish songs from Fiddler as well as, among others, “Shalom aleichem malachei hasharet,” “Baby, It’s Cold Outside,” and “Afn pripetshik.” Other guest soloists include Cantor Joshua Breitzer and Donna Breitzer and Temma Schaechter (of “Di Shekhter-tekhter”).
