Carolyn Kranie Kohn Goodman Kounitz

Carolyn Kranie Kohn Goodman Kounitz, 93, of Ewing died Dec. 31, 2011. She was born in Trenton.

Mrs. Kounitz had a 40-year career teaching students in elementary through high school in West Windsor, Trenton, and Stafford Township.

She was a graduate of the University of Michigan.

Predeceased by her husbands Abraham Goodman and Jerome Kounitz; she is survived by five children, Michael Goodman and Martin, Josh, Jan, and Lance Kounitz; five grandchildren; and a great-grandson.

Services were held Jan. 2 with arrangements by Orland’s Ewing Memorial Chapel, Ewing. Memorial contributions may be made to Greenwood House, 53 Walter St., Ewing, NJ 08628.
