Bessie Levine
Bessie Levine (Moslovitz), 87, of Metuchen died Aug. 31, 2011. She was born in Perth Amboy and lived in Metuchen for the last 54 years.
Mrs. Levine was a founding member of Congregation Neve Shalom, Metuchen, where she served as sisterhood president. She was a life member of Hadassah.
Predeceased by her husband of 59 years, William, in 2002, she is survived by her son, Ed; her daughter, Cathy Levine-Cohen; and two grandsons.
Services were held Sept. 1 at Neve Shalom with arrangements by Goldstein Funeral Chapel, Inc., Edison. Memorial contributions may be made to Chai Lifeline.
