Bernard Steele
Bernard Steele, 81, of Wantage, formerly of Livingston, died Jan. 7, 2016.
Mr. Steele, a gentleman farmer from Wantage, was retired as a pharmacist for the State of New York. Prior, he was the owner of the Clover Landing Pharmacy in Lake Hopatcong for many years and, before that, he and his late brother Martin owned the Knoll Pharmacy in Lake Hiawatha.
He is survived by his wife, Ellen; three sons, Keith of Dingmans Ferry, Pa., Michael of Wayne, and Anthony of Jefferson; and seven grandchildren.
Services were held Jan. 10 with arrangements by J. L. Apter Memorial Chapels of Newton.
