Sheree and Fred Bennett of Verona announce the engagement of their daughter, Rachel, to Richard M. Keane, son of Ellen Rosato-DiChiara of Rutherford and Richard Keane of Fair Lawn.

Ms. Bennett, a graduate of Verona High School, earned her BA from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, and her BSN from UMDNJ-School of Nursing, Newark. She is a staff nurse at Morristown Medical Center.

Mr. Keane is also a graduate of Rutgers University. He is a senior associate with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Florham Park.

An August 2014 wedding is planned.
