Benjamin Thomas
Benjamin M. Thomas III, 79, of Lambertville died Jan. 11, 2014.
Mr. Thomas had a 40-year career in sales and marketing, primarily in publishing, before retiring.
He was a graduate of Brown University and received an MA in education from Rutgers University, where he worked as an adjunct professor.
He served four years in the U.S. Navy as a reserve officer.
Predeceased by a daughter, Georgeanne, he is survived by his wife of 33 years, Jane Garb Thomas; his son, Alan (Frances Bouchoux); a daughter, Marianne Hierspiel; two stepdaughters, Jennifer Kaplan and Victoria Nichols; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
