Barry Hoffman

Barry Marshall Hoffman of Berkeley Heights died May 12, 2015.

Mr. Hoffman was a distinguished member of the New Jersey Bar Association with expertise in land use. He participated in mindfulness meditation for people with Parkinson’s disease and their caregivers, held at Overlook Hospital in Summit, and also benefitted from Tai Chi and balance exercise classes, as well as the Parkinson’s support group meetings held at JCC MetroWest in West Orange.

He is survived by his wife, Elaine; two daughters, Jessica (Edward) and Gabrielle (Brett); and three grandchildren.

Services were held May 14 with arrangements by Bernheim-Apter-Kreitzman Suburban Funeral Chapel, Livingston.
