Barbara Kapp
Barbara R. Kapp, 87, of Ardsley, N.Y., died April 9, 2018. She had been a lifetime Middlesex County resident who lived in Highland Park, New Brunswick, and Metuchen before moving to Ardsley.
A homemaker, Mrs. Kapp also worked as a substitute teacher for the New Brunswick school system and as an administrative assistant for the New Brunswick Parking Authority and New Brunswick Savings Bank.
She was a graduate of Highland Park High School and attended University of Alabama.
She was an avid patron of the arts.
Predeceased by her husbands, Martin Kapp and Leon Meyer, she is survived by her daughter, Cynthia; her son, Richard (Susan); a sister, Iris; and a granddaughter.
Services were held April 11 with arrangements by Crabiel Parkwest Funeral Chapel, New Brunswick. Memorial contributions may be made to American Heart Association.
