Arthur Dykman, 89, of Livingston died July 17, 2014.
Mr. Dykman was president of Columbia-Art Store Equipment Company before retiring in 1995.
He was a graduate of Weequahic High School, Newark. He received a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering from Purdue University.
He served in World War II as a First Lieutenant in the Army Air Corps.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Evalyn Spiess Dykman; three children, Avery, Douglas (Cori), and Robert (Ruth); and six grandchildren.
Private services were held with arrangements by Bernheim-Apter-Kreitzman Suburban Funeral Chapel, Livingston.
