Arnold Messner
Arnold Messner, 95, of Cedar Grove died June 1, 2017.
Mr. Messner was retired as a schoolteacher with the Great Neck Board of Education.
He was an Army veteran who left the service with the rank of captain.
Predeceased by his wife, Barbara, he is survived by his daughter, Nancy (Joel) Franklin of Upper Montclair; his son, Stephen (Elizabeth Prelinger); and five grandchildren.
Services were held June 4 with arrangements by J.L. Apter Memorial Chapels, Cedar Grove.
