Arnold M. Gordon, 87, of Princeton died Oct. 27, 2015. Born in Rochester, NY, he was a longtime resident of Princeton and a former resident of Trenton.
Dr. Gordon practiced dentistry for 46 years before retiring in 2000.
He was a graduate of Temple University and its School of Dentistry.
He was a former campaign chairman of the Jewish Federation of Princeton Mercer Bucks and a former president of the Central Jersey chapter of the American Jewish Committee. He was also a former president of Greenacres Country Club, Lawrenceville, for many years.
He was an avid golfer and was recently inducted into the Rochester Jewish Sports Hall of Fame for basketball.
He is survived by his wife, Edith Hafitz Gordon; his son, Jeremy (Bernadette); his daughter, Shelley (Allen) Feryus; and four grandchildren David, Julie, Carly and Scott.
Services were held Oct. 30 with arrangements by Orland’s Ewing Memorial Chapel, Ewing.
