Allan Dorfman
Allan Dorfman, 72, of Manalapan died Dec. 3, 2012 at his home. Born in Chicago, he lived in Marlboro 23 years before moving to Manalapan six years ago.
Mr. Dorfman was the owner of Al’s Tack Supply in Englishtown.
He is survived by his wife, Amy; two sons, Michael (Mandy) of New York City and Eric of Manalapan; his daughter, Hildy (John) Somerville of Philadelphia, and his brother, Donald of Chicago.
Services were held Dec. 5 with arrangements by Bloomfield-Cooper Jewish Chapels, Manalapan. Memorial contributions may be made to Jewish Family & Children’s Service of Monmouth County, 705 Summerfield Ave., Asbury Park, NJ 07712.
