Allan B. Klein
Dr. Allan B. Klein, 67, of Livingston died April 29, 2011. Born in the Bronx, he also had lived in Woodmere, NY, before moving to Livingston 35 years ago.
Dr. Klein practiced oral and maxillofacial surgery in Staten Island for 38 years.
He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh and Columbia University’s School of Dental Medicine.
He was a member of Temple B’nai Abraham in Livingston, Crestmont Country Club in West Orange, and Alpha Omega Dental Fraternity.
He is survived by his wife, Karyn; two sons, Gregg and Brett; his daughter, Kerry Atlas; a sister, Jill Gidseg; and six grandchildren.
Services were held May 1 at B’nai Abraham with arrangements by Bernheim-Apter-Kreitzman Suburban Funeral Chapel, Livingston. Memorial contributions may be made to Saint Barnabas Medical Center’s Cancer Center.
