Albert Eisenberg

Albert Eisenberg, 92, of Morris Plains died Nov. 4, 2011.

Mr. Eisenberg was a retired accountant and comptroller in the textile industry.

He was an Army veteran of World War II.

He served as past president of the Fair Lawn Jewish Center men’s club, the historian for the JCC MetroWest’s Men at Leisure club, and a volunteer at Morristown Memorial Hospital each holiday season. He also was an amateur poet.

He is survived by his wife, Phyllis; four daughters, Michelle Garber, Sharon Baum, Lois Katz, and Lynn Scheps; his son, Lawrence Leibowitz; a brother, Jerry; 12 grandchildren; and a great-grandson.

Services were held Nov. 6 with arrangements by J.L. Apter Memorial Chapels, Dover.
