Alan Gordon
Alan Gordon, 59, of Parsippany died July 8, 2011. Raised in Morristown, he moved to Parsippany 25 years ago.
Mr. Gordon worked for the Immediate Medical Care Center in Wayne for 13 years before becoming the business coordinator for the Carol G. Simon Cancer Center at Morristown Memorial Hospital.
He was involved in the Parsippany Board of Education, the Kiwanis Club, the Parsippany Republican Club, and the Rotary Club and its Safety Town Committee.
He is survived by his wife, Elsa; two daughters, Erika and Ariel; his mother, Renee Brown; two brothers, Scott and Arthur; and his sister, Jody Youell.
Services were held July 10 with arrangements by S.J. Priola Parsippany Funeral Service, Lake Hiawatha.
