Abraham (Abe) Reigrod, 94, of Monroe Township, died Sept. 13, 2013. He was born and raised in Brooklyn as well as Princeton before moving to Monroe over 30 years ago.
Mr. Reigrod actively participated in fund raising for Deborah Heart and Lung Hospital, and was past president of the Concordia chapter.
He served in the military during World War II.
He is survived by his wife of 72 years, Rose (Steinberg); his daughter, Marsha (Steve) Koster; his son, Neil (Barbara); four grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Services were held Sept. 16 with arrangements by Bloomfield-Cooper Jewish Chapels, Manalapan. Memorial contributions may be made to Deborah Heart and Lung Hospital or American Diabetes Society.
