Abraham Aronson

Abraham “Ace” Aronson, 98, of Langhorne, Pa., died July 1, 2013. Born in Trenton, he was an area resident all his life.

Mr. Aronson was the proprietor of Charm-Aronson Company in Trenton before retiring.

During World War II, he worked at Eastern Aircraft in Ewing Township for three years, building “Avenger” aircraft.

Active in community organizations, he was a member of True Craftsman Lodge F&AM and the Order of the Golden Chain since 1950. He also assisted in the formation of Greenwood House, Ewing. He was a member of Adath Israel Congregation for over 60 years, where he was a choir member and honored as Man of the Year.

He is survived by his wife of 74 years, Lillian Belets Aronson; his son, Franklyn (Helene); two daughters, Sandra Lubin and Cheryl Kaufman; a sister, Tybe Adelman; six grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

Services were held July 3 with arrangements by Orland’s Ewing Memorial Chapel, Ewing.
