Fred Kaimann will present “Challah Across the Country: How This New Jersey Jew Tried to Win the Wisconsin State Fair Blue Ribbon” (with recipes, stories, and maybe some samples) on Tuesday, Sept. 4, at 10 a.m. at Jewish Family Services Middlesex, Monroe Township.
