40th Anniversary National Founders Dinner
CHABAD HOUSE at Rutgers University will hold its 40th Anniversary National Founders Dinner at its center on the New Brunswick campus on Monday, March 18, at 6 p.m.
The honorees will be Harry Adjmi, Sephardi community leader; Amb. Danny Danon, Israel’s permanent representative to the UN; and Dr. Ari Green, Rutgers Chabad alumnus.
Rutgers Chabad has 10 affiliate Chabad houses serving central and southern New Jersey.
At the gala, director Rabbi Yosef Carlebach will report on Chabad House’s outreach programs and activities and on how Chabad rabbis have worked with local medical institutions to provide “bikur cholim” suites for families in need.
Dinner participants will receive a 40th anniversary picture album depicting the history of Rutgers Chabad.
