Mel Jacobs to be honored at Temple Beth Shalom gala

TEMPLE BETH SHALOM (TBS) of Livingston will honor Mel Jacobs at its annual gala on Sunday, March 10, at The Crystal Plaza in Livingston.

Jacobs and his wife, Linda, became active members of TBS more than
30 years ago. He is completing a two-year term as president, having previously served as a vice president and member of the TBS Board of Trustees; in addition, he has served on numerous committees, co-chaired a gala, and sang in the High Holiday choir.

Outside of TBS, Jacobs served as lawyers chair and commerce and professionals co-chair of Super Sunday events of Jewish Federation of Greater MetroWest NJ. He is also a leader in Israel Bonds.
