Dr. Carly Goldstein and Ryan Voorhees

Carly Michelle Goldstein, daughter of Cindi and Gregory Goldstein of Parsippany, was married on Sept. 2, 2017, to Ryan Joseph Voorhees, son of Yvonne and John Lange of Hunt Valley, Md., and Daryl Voorhees and Kaye Crawford of Kingsville, Md.

Dr. Rodney Myerscough performed the ceremony at Mount Hope Farm in Bristol, R.I.

Dr. Goldstein received her B.A. from Skidmore College and her M.A. and Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Kent State University. She is a research scientist for the Weight Control and Diabetes Research Center at The Miriam Hospital and Assistant Professor (Research) in the Department of Psychiatry and Human Behavior at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. 

Mr. Voorhees received his B.A. from Dickinson College and his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. He received his L.L.M. in tax law from Georgetown University Law Center and is an associate in KPMG’s Boston International Tax Practice. 

The couple resides in Rhode Island.
